**SAFE/STORM ROOMS**

Now that's disturbing. And we all know that storms are just getting worse.

We feel that anyone who is concerned about severe storms should have options. So now, we are offering custom built safe/storm rooms for almost any application. These safe rooms are multipurpose and can be used as a bathroom or closet. They can be built in the interior as well as on the exterior of your home. We also have a Registered Engineer available for certification.

Project #1
This project is also in categories "Custom Additions" and "Remodeling". We started out by adding an attached garage onto the existing. We then remodeled the interior into a large play room, bedroom and bath/safe room. And that brings us here.

The following pictures will give you a better idea.

This safe room was built in the interior of the house and was constructed with materials to meet FEMA 320 regulations.

We installed a manual lock, storm rated, steel door.
