**REMODELING**
It is so exciting to be a part of the transformation that remodeling brings. We stride hard to produce a clean and friendly work area with the least amount of inconvenience to you as possible. We know that remodel projects can take some time, so communication is key. We will work with you to resolve issues that may arise as well as changes you may decide on. Either way, we are in it for the long haul and will be there when you need us.

If you have been to the "Custom Additions" page, this is the garage addition project. Here we are remodeling the old garage into a large play room, bedroom and bath/safe room. See the other categories for more information.
Once the room was cleared out, we got started on the floor.
Heating and cooling supply ran through the floor and up the walls, so we framed to accommodate.
Insulation installed and drywall hung, ready to finish.
Drywall is now finished and ceiling is stippled. The canister lights really set it apart.
